I had the privilege of working with Bridget at Central Staff for many years. Bridget was born to problem-solve, an essential skill in the smooth running of the Louisiana Supreme Court. No task was too great or too small for Bridget’s dedicated help. She made it her business to understand what was required to get the job done. Once, she & I spent the better part of a day together getting a capital case wrapped up, copied & distributed to the justices - a monumental task for which I appreciated her hands-on willingness to complete the effort. My sense of relief & exhaustion came to an abrupt halt when I arrived at my home only to find it burglarized & ransacked. Bridget came right over & stayed with me for several more hours while we waited for NOPD to arrive. My problems were her problems with a willing spirit of “what can we do to fix this.” Farewell my friend, may you rest in eternal peace. With sympathy & condolences to her loving family & friends.

My thoughts and prayers go out to Bridget's family and friends. Working  together for 20 years in Central Staff,  we shared lots of  stories and laughs.  Her family meant so much to her.  Peace to all, especially to you, Bridget. 

Bridget was a dear friend of mine throughout high school. I was in her " lunch group" and her infectious giggle could brighten anyone's day. She's gone too soon. Remembering her and all of her loved ones in prayer. God bless and comfort you all. 

Bridget was such a great help and friend to all who worked at the Supreme Court.  There was always a smile on her face and a story to share. When the Court restarted having a lunch room and chef for the staff and Justices again, during my clerkship with Justice Lemmon, it was always a pleasure to share your lunch hour with Bridget and Greg.  

She was a wealth of knowledge and I called her with many questions at my time with the Court. I loved catching up with her after I left the Court when I had something to file or an argument to attend. Bridget knew everyone and was a friend to all.  She will be missed.

Sweetest childhood friend and college roomie, I have so many wonderful memories growing up with you. I hope your Daddy is holding you close in heaven.

My sincere condolences to the Daniels family.  May your many fine memories of Bridget and loving words comfort family and friends during this difficult time and the days ahead (Isaiah 57:15)

Bridget knew how to be a good friend and she was that to Frank and me for many years.  Although Katrina blew a hole in her life that she was never able to repair fully, she remained kind and generous.  We'll cherish our memories of her - her pride in her ability to fix things,  her love of sailing, her practical advice and the many holidays and birthdays we spent together.  A shared ritual was watching the sun set on the lake on the summer solstice.  We'll be thinking of her then.

Bridget was truly a beautiful child of God.  She was brilliant, humble, kind, and cared for others-especially those that were the least loved.  She CARED. 
 She touched countless lives over the span of her career and her life.  She probably had no idea how many people's hearts she touched.  She was the first one to offer help to anyone -even if not asked. 
I loved watching Bridget love her family-her amazing mother, Patsy; her loving  siblings; and, her beautiful nieces and nephews.  She humbly bragged about every milestone.  I am a better person today because of her influence and kindness.  Rest in peace dear and faithful servant.  You have earned your eternal reward.  Love you dearly.  Lauren Lemmon  

To the Daniels family,  

I was so very sorry to read of Bridget's passing!   You guys have passed through my life in various times and places since we were kids, and it is always such a pleasant surprise when I see any of you.  Though I didn't know Bridget as well as Pat, Tricia and Maggie,  I do know what a difficult loss she is to all of you!!   I wish I could be there on Saturday, but my driving is a bit limited these days.   I will certainly be there in spirit, and will have you all in my prayers!!  Much love to you all!      TerryMc

Bridget was an essential member of the Louisiana Supreme Court’s Central Staff for twenty-five years. She had a keen legal mind, could organize anything,  remembered everything, and knew and was beloved by all. 

My sincerest condolences and prayers for all of Bridget's family and friends.  Although I had not seen Bridget in decades, I remember her as a kind, funny, and loving friend throughout our high school years and especially as a co-member of the St. Dominic Youth Committee.  Bridget now enjoys eternal peace and joins "The Cloud of Witnesses" with all our family members and friends who have gone before us.
