Cecelia Ann Devall McGinnis Harper

Cecelia Ann DeVall McGinnis Harper passed away on March 16, 2024 at 75 years of age. She is survived by first husband, Charles McGinnis, and predeceased by second husband, Ralph Harper. Surviving children, Charles Devall Dakota Devall Vernado, and Cecelia DeVall and son-in-law, Graylone D. Watkins and deceased daughter, Equilla DeVall. Surviving sisters, Dale Golden, Pearl Stokes and deceased Alvira Allen; surviving brothers, Elijah Allen, Larry DeVall and deceased Donald DeVall; surviving grandchildren, Duvori, Beauty, Bree, DJ (Moni), Nathan, Raquel Devall, Byron Rose, Crystal DeVall White, Jewels and Kirsten Robin, and deceased Earl DeVall; great-grandchildren, Laylah and Khalil Scott, Jade; and great-great-grandson Jace DeVall, followed by a host of nieces and nephews.

A memorial service will be held on Tuesday, March 26, 2024 at 11:00 a.m. at Lake Lawn Metairie Funeral Home, 5100 Pontchartrain Blvd. New Orleans, LA 70124.
