Declan Katz, 30, lost his battle with Type 1 Diabetes. Just 2 weeks ago he fulfilled his dream of starting a management position with the Four Seasons Hotel in New Orleans. He was a kind, gentle and empathetic person who brought a bright light to friends, family and strangers alike. He is survived by his sibling Gibson and his parents, Patti and Joshua Katz.
