Doris Martin Clesi

Doris Martin Clesi was born on January 23, 1932. She passed away peacefully surrounded by family on September 6, 2025. She is survived by her four children, Deborah Donahoe (Kevin), Frank Clesi II (Linda), Stephen Clesi (Jennifer), and Elizabeth Mitchell (Thomas), her sister, Barbara Wingerter, 12 grandchildren, and 21 great-grandchildren. Doris was preceded in death by her husband of 65 years, Frank Clesi Jr., her parents, Arthur and Carmen Martin, her sister, Marian Olivier and her grandson, Matthew Donahoe.

Doris was a longtime parishioner of St. Angela Merici Catholic Church. She graduated from Holy Angels High School and Loyola University. The Clesi family would like to express profound gratitude to her caregivers, Brenda, Veronica, Roz, Heysel, Diana, and Chris who showed unwavering kindness and compassion throughout the years. She will be loved and missed by all who knew her.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations sent to St. Angela Merici Catholic Church, 835 Melody Dr. Metairie, LA. 70002. Funeral services were private.
