Dung Thi Phuong Pham

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Dung Thi Phuong Pham, a beloved daughter, mother, sister and friend, who left this world on January 18, 2025, at the age of 40. She was a woman of deep love, unwavering dedication, and unselfish care for those around her. Dung spent her entire life putting the needs of her family above all else. She was a pillar of strength, warmth, and compassion, always offering support, guidance, and a listening ear. To her children, she was not only a mother but a source of infinite love, patience, and wisdom. Her legacy will live on in the hearts of those she nurtured and cared for throughout her life. Family was everything to Dung, and she devoted herself entirely to her loved ones. Whether it was through the quiet moments of daily life or the celebrations of milestones, Dung’s presence was always a comforting, stabilizing force. Her unconditional love and dedication shaped the lives of everyone around her. Her passing leaves a void that can never be filled, but memories of her love, sacrifices, and devotion will continue to inspire and guide us. Dung’s legacy will live on in her children, family and all who were fortunate enough to know her. Dung earned her degree in accounting, however her passion and expertise for sewing made her highly regarded in shops down St. Charles Ave. and Royal Street. She often created her own clothing for the whole family within a couple of hours. She will be deeply missed but never forgotten. May she rest in peace, knowing her love and kindness touched the lives of many. She is survived by her daughters Ande Thuy Tien Bohne and Ly Lynn Bohne; parents Cuong The Pham and Khanh Thi Ngoc Trinh; siblings Phuong Pham (Johnson Chan), Oanh Pham (Cody Crowley), Phu Pham (Duy Le), Long Pham and Tan Pham as well as a host of devoted and loving relatives. Dung is preceded in death by her daughter Amy Thuy Chi Bohne. A memorial mass will be held at 10:30 am on Friday, February 21, 2025, at St. Matthew the Apostle Church, River Ridge, LA. Interment will be private.
