Edward Luis Ludwig, age 94, passed away surrounded by his family on Friday, October 28, 2016. He was a lifelong resident of New Orleans. Edward was the son of the late Edward and Herlinda Guiza Ludwig. Beloved brother of the late Esther Sharpless. Beloved husband of Pauline Westcott Ludwig. He is the father of Lisa (Darryl) and the grandfather of Megan and Matthew. He also leaves behind numerous nieces and nephews. Family and friends are invited to attend the Funeral Mass to be held at Lake Lawn Metairie Funeral Home in New Orleans on Wednesday, November 2, 2016. Visitation will begin at 9:00 a.m. prior to the Mass. Interment will follow in Lake Lawn Park Mausoleum.
