Floyd Stephen Baxter, age 61, passed away on July 30, 2015 in Metairie, LA. Mr. Baxter was a bartender at Port Of Call in the French Quarter for over 30 years. He is preceded in death by his parents. He is survived by one brother, Michael S. Baxter of New Orleans, LA. , and several other relatives and a host of friends. A celebration of his life will be held on Friday August 7, 2015 at Lake Lawn Metairie Funeral Home , 5100 Pontchartrain Blvd New Orleans, LA, from 11am-1pm. .
