Fran is survived by her brothers Thomas I. O’Connor (Donna) and John G. O’Connor. She graduated from St. Michael Special School and was a current resident of Louise S. Davis Residence Facility in Zachary, Louisiana. Fran loved listening to music, watching the Saints and could never pass a good burger, fries and a coke. She had a special love for an orange snowball. Fran will be deeply missed.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, December 8, 2022, beginning at 11:00am followed by a 1:00pm Funeral Mass. Interment to follow in Lake Lawn Park and Mausoleum.
