As a Minute Man awarded with 28 1/2 years 2 tours of Vietnam with US NAVY RESERVE / SERE graduate I came into The 159th Tactical Fighter Group meeting Major Frank Musso  who later became Colonel Musso, also visited his home in New Orleans east twice for military leader ship school!  We had a lot of good talks and had his respect as a Combat Veteran!  Not many people except some pilots were F4 Phantom fliers of VietNam I was introduce to them and drank with them in the clubs we visted on bases. I was just thinking of him how I had missed talking with him a few moments ago.  I am so sorry I did not know of his passing I am sadden very much of such a military man I had looked up to! To his family I salute to you the man I knew in the 1970’s 1980’s thru the 1990’s! With Colonel Harry Lee and Colonel Poilet sorry Colonel do not remember the correct spelling but anyone in the Wing Group knows who he is! We just heard of Frank's passage.  Sorry we did not know until now as we would have liked to attend his services.  We will keep him and you in our prayers.

Although Bruce and I didn't know Frank throughout his life, we have vivid memories of special times. Frank could easily make us laugh. Lucy, we hope your memories of sharing a life with your dear Frank, will provide you comfort.

To my "mother, sister, and brother.. You are all in my prayers and so is my "other father".. I love and cherish him so. I feel so blessed to have shared so many wonderful times with all of you, but especially my "other mom and dad". I love you all .

To Donna, Ms. Lucy and Family, I remember Mr. Frank fondly way back from our N.O. East days.  My heart is heavy for your loss but I know in time, your sadness will turn to gladness as the sweet memories of your life together take over.  My sincerest condolences to all of you!

Our deepest condolences to the Musso family, Lt Col Musso (Frank) and my family have a long history from when I was a young girl & my father (Lt Col Herringshaw) worked together.  Then I joined the 159FW and saw first hand what a great person, gentleman and  officer he was to work  with.  Lt Musso was a good family man, a man with good wisdom, humanity and will be missed so much by his 159th family. It was an extreme pleasure to know and work with him, we are sorry we cannot make his wake, he and his family are in our prayers.

So sorry to hear of Frank's passing. One of the finest men ever. I consider myself lucky to have known him. My thoughts and prayers are with you Lucy, Donna and Brian. God bless him.

Frankie and I would like to express our condolences to you Lucy and family and fiends as we remember Frank's passing from this life to the next.  We pray that you all will take consolation in the knowledge that this fine man is now in the loving presence of our blessed  Lord and his saints.  Scripture says that the Father has many mansions in the City of God reserved for those who love him.  We feel as I am sure you all do that, he is joyfully experiencing a very special place in heaven. In God's time, may your mourning be turned to peaceful acceptance! Eternal rest grant unto him O Lord and may your perpetual light shine upon him.

My condolence to Musso's family members. We pray that God gives you the peace needed at this point in your lives. My prayers and thoughts are with all of you. I served in the Army National Guard  and coordinated several projects with Frank as well as attending officer's social functions with Frank and Lucy.
