Helen Graf Adams, resident of Ponchatoula, Louisiana, died on Wednesday, December 19, 2018. She was 91 years of age. She was preceded in death by her husband of 58 years, Robert “Bob” Z. Adams; parents, Frank Joseph and Emma Manske Graf; sisters, Joyce Graf Bryer and Clare Graf Masters; and brother, Frank Joseph Graf, Jr.
She is survived by her nieces, Helen Masters, Clare Masters Burch, Donna Graf Bradbrook, and Rosemary Graf Palmisano, and a nephew, Frank Joseph Graf III.
Helen was an avid card player and a friend to many. She was a parishioner of St. Joseph Catholic Church in Ponchatoula, and was a member of The Father Vander Heyden Council Knights of Columbus Ladies Auxiliary, St. Francis Bridge Club, Oak Knoll Bridge Group, Tangipahoa Bridge Group, Well Wishers, Newcomers, and The Red Hat Group on the Geaux.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend the Funeral Mass in the Chapel of Lake Lawn Metairie Funeral Home, 5100 Pontchartrain Blvd. (in Metairie Cemetery) in New Orleans, Louisiana, on Monday, January 7, 2019 at 12 noon. A visitation will be held at the funeral home beginning at 11:00AM. Interment will take place at Lake Lawn Park Mausoleum.
