

Herrien was preceded in death by his beloved wife of 46 years, Beverly Baham Dubroc; his son, Rowdy Christopher Dubroc; his sister, Yvonne Guillory; his brother, Donald Dubroc; and his parents, Florien and Benita Dubroc.
He is survived by his three daughters, Kim Aupied (Craig), Gina Smith, and Wendy McGovern (Harold); his brother, Gary Dubroc (Cheri); his seven grandchildren, Shannon, Mindy (Wayne), Joshua (Melissa), Jessica (Paige), Kyle (Erica), Kurt, and Rowdy, Jr.; and his five great grandchildren, Megan, Connor, Maddie, Mason, and Zoey. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Herrien was born in Plaucheville, Louisiana on October 28, 1936. He served his Country in the U.S. Marine Corps from 1956 until 1958. Herrien and his brother, Donald, owned and operated Caffin Food Store in New Orleans for many years and sold it just before Hurricane Katrina.
Herrien was a devoted Catholic and a longtime parishioner of St. Christopher the Martyr Parish in Metairie. He enjoyed woodworking and fishing, but most of all, spending time with his family.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend the Funeral Mass in the chapel of Lake Lawn Metairie Funeral Home, 5100 Pontchartrain Blvd. in New Orleans, on Monday, March 9, 2026 at 1:00PM. A visitation will be held at the funeral home beginning at 10:00AM. The interment will follow the Mass at All Saints Mausoleum in Metairie Cemetery.
