Jack attended St James Major and St Francis Xavier grammar schools and graduated from East Jefferson High School. Following a short stint in the army, he entered the United Association of Journeymen and Apprentices of the Plumbing and Pipefitting Industry. In 1984 he was certified as an instructor in these trades by Purdue University.
Jack was a lifelong bachelor. His passion was motorcycles. He became skilled in road and offroad endurance racing. He was also a Master craftsman furniture making and a creative artist in many mediums. Jack was a very spiritual person and a devout practicing Catholic. He loved children and spent many hours with his younger nieces and nephews. Jack and yours truly, spent many adventures and explorations.
Jack will be sorely missed by those who knew him and loved him.

Relatives, friends of the family, and employees of Plumbing and Pipefitters Local 60 are invited to attend services on Saturday, November 11, 2023 at St. Francis Xavier Catholic Church, 444 Metairie Road Metairie, LA 70005. Visitation will begin at 11:00AM followed by a Mass at 12:00PM. Interment will be at St. Vincent de Paul Cemetery No. 2.
