Jennie Enzone Raymond, a retired Banking Service Representative passed away on July 9, 2021 in Plano, Texas at the age of 92. She was born in New Orleans, Louisiana on December 18, 1928 and was a devout catholic. She moved from New Orleans to Slidell, LA. Later in life she moved to a senior 55 and over Retirement Community in Plano, TX to be near to her son, Joseph.
Jennie is preceded in death by: her husband, Joseph H. “Sonny” Raymond, Sr.; her son, Terrence Raymond; her parents, Carolina “Carrie” and Joseph Enzone; and her siblings, Antoinette “Toni”, Stephen “Steve” and Nicholas “Nick”.
She is survived by: her son, Joseph H. Raymond, Jr.; her daughter-in-law Lisa; her sister, Josephine “Joey”; her grandchildren, Jeffrey, Kristan, Kenneth, Darren, and Lisa; and her great-grandchildren, Carolyn, Nathan, Aaron, River, and Rowan.
Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend the Memorial Mass on Wednesday, June 1, 2022 at 11:00 a.m. at Lake Lawn Metairie Funeral Home, 5100 Pontchartrain Blvd., New Orleans, LA 70124. Interment will follow in Lake Lawn Park Mausoleum. Visitation will begin from 9:30 a.m. until time of mass.
