John R. Posey, age 69 of New Orleans, passed away at his home on April 14, 2018. The son of the late John R. Posey, Sr. and Santa Papalia. He is survived by his loving wife, Sharon Dowty Posey, son John Evan Posey, and daughter Jordan Elizabeth Posey. He is also survived by his brother, Ronald Anthony Posey. Johnny was a devoted and loving husband and father. He will be deeply missed by his family and friends. Our sincerest gratitude to the kind and dedicated caregivers from Notre Dame Hospice, especially Christina, who provided the family with untiring comfort and support.
