Leonard L. Keller, Jr. “Lenny” passed away at his home in Metairie on Saturday, April 27, 2019 at the age of 74. He was the husband for 52 years of Lynda Heider Keller; father of Scot Christopher Keller (Paula Lovecchio) and Heide Keller DiSalvo (Michael Joseph); grandfather of Matthew Joseph Keller, Francis Michael DiSalvo, Claire Elizabeth Keller, and Vivian Keller DiSalvo; brother of Susan Keller Cusimano (Denny); and son of the late Leonard and Ethel Verret Keller.
Lenny was born and raised in New Orleans, and was a graduate of De La Salle High School and Southeastern University. He was a veteran of the U. S. Army. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, playing baseball, and music.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend a memorial gathering at Lake Lawn Metairie Funeral Home, 5100 Pontchartrain Blvd. in New Orleans, on Friday, May 3, 2019 from 5:00PM until 7:00PM with a final blessing given at 6:45PM. Interment will be private.
