Linda P. Landry

Linda was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Robert L. Landry, and her parents, Thomas Porter, Jr. and Vera Mae Kimball Porter.

Linda is survived by her two daughters, Keisha Michelle Landry and Jennifer Renee Landry (Isaac); her sister, Sandra Ann Porter; her brothers, Thomas P. Porter, III (Dianne), Arthur David Porter, and Daryl James Porter (Karen); her grandchildren, Kylan, Jordan, Jaycee, and Jazmyn Reese, Anisa Holiday, Airiss White, and Aiden Black; her great-grandchildren, Rylee Holiday, Xander Reese, and Xayla Reese; her nieces, Angela Sturgeon (Jason) and Janell P. Depascal (Derek); her nephews, Thomas Porter (Andrea) and Daniel Porter; and numerous additional nieces and nephews.

Linda was born in Simmsport, Louisiana on April 28, 1949. She was raised in New Orleans, and graduated from Warren Easton High School and attended Spencer Business College. She loved to play bingo and enjoyed fishing.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend a Celebration of Life gathering at the Elks Lodge, 2215 Cleary Ave. in Metairie, Louisiana, on Saturday, April 15, 2023 from 12:00PM until 3:00PM. The interment will be privately held in Metairie Cemetery.
