Born in New Orleans, LA to the union of the late Hardy B. and Catherine Price. Lo lived a life full of love, adventure and generosity. As a devout Catholic and a die-hard Saints fan, she was a beacon of strength and faith, and her presence will be deeply missed by all who knew her.
She leaves to cherish her memory her loving husband, Louis; her children, Patrick Gill Sr., Michelle Augillard, Erin (Dondrick) Earl; her adored grandchildren, Patrick Gill Jr., Andrew and Ethan Kelly, Nola Earl, and Madison Cohns. She is also survived by her siblings, Morra (James) Howard, Lionel (Louise) Price, Edward Price, Norina (Kermit) Pennington and a host of nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents, two sisters, and four brothers.
A funeral service will be held on Saturday, September 28, 2024 at 12pm at St. Martin de Porres Catholic Church, 5621 Elysian Fields Ave in Gentilly. followed by a Celebration of Life. Visitation will begin at 11:00amuntil the Mass. The family invites friends and loved ones to join them in honoring Lolita’s remarkable life and sharing in the many cherished memories they hold dear.
In lieu of flowers, the family would appreciate it if guests would share a special memory or photo of her so that they can be comforted by the impact she had on those who knew her.
