Marion Muhs Drury

Marion Muhs Drury, born May 7, 1920, passed away Saturday, December 20, 2014. A native of New Orleans, she lived many years in Metairie. She was the beloved wife of the late Thomas M. Drury, Sr. and devoted mother of the late Thomas M. Drury, Jr. and Susan H. Drury. She is survived by her daughters, Carolyn D. Vallejo and Sharon D. Colomb, their husbands Armando O. Vallejo and John J. Colomb III, grandchildren Erin V. Maldonado (Diego), Alyce C. Vallejo, Keri C. Korejo (Murad), Amanda S. Colomb, and Mark J. Colomb (Stephanie), and great grandchildren Eliza, Emerson, Amelia, and Soaleh. She was the daughter of the late Amelia and George C. Muhs, and sister of the late George Muhs, Claire M. Trudell, Emile “Jack” Muhs, Raymond Muhs, Robert Muhs, and Caroline M. Ericksen.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend services at Lake Lawn Metairie Funeral Home on Tuesday, December 23, 2014. Visitation will begin at noon, followed by Mass at 2:00pm.
