Patricia J. White

Patricia J. White passed away on September 7, 2021 at the age of 89. A native New Orleanian, she was born on March 16, 1932 to the late Edward W. Jones, Jr. and Juanita Rodriguez Jones. She was the beloved wife of the late George H. White, Jr. for more than 50 years. Patricia was the loving mother to her children, Dionne T. White and George H. White, III and her daughter-in-law, Stacie L. White, as well as three grand-children, Christina M. White, George H. White, IV and Nicholas J. White. She was predeceased by her sister Natalie Jones and her brother Edward W. Jones, III. Patricia graduated from Joseph S. Clark High School and went on to work for the Boeing Company, Western Electric and AT&T. She cherished her Catholic faith and along with her husband were active parishioners of the St. Louis Cathedral for over 40 years. In 2005, after Hurricane Katrina, she relocated to Las Vegas, Nevada to be near her children.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend a Funeral Mass to be held in the Chapel at Lake Lawn Metairie Funeral Home, 5100 Pontchartrain Blvd., New Orleans, Louisiana, on Wednesday, September 22, 2021 at 10:00 a.m., with visitation beginning at 9:30 am. Interment will follow the service at All Saints Mausoleum.
