Randal Jacob Ferrara

He was preceded in death by his mother, Marilyn Clementine Haney Ferrara, his father, Frank Joseph Ferrara, Sr., and his oldest brother, Charles J. Ferrara, Sr.

He is survived by his loving wife, Lisa Rovira Ferrara, his step-children, Bradley Rovira (Kristen), Michelle Wilson, and Noel Wilson, III, and step-granddaughters Camille and Lily Rovira, who referred to him fondly as “Grandy.”

He is also survived by four siblings, Mary Ferrara Brenner, Frank Joseph Ferrara, Jr. (Dede), Jeanne Ferrara Eddington (Robert), and Carolyn A. Ferrara, as well as numerous nieces and nephews.

Randy was a graduate of De La Salle High School. He earned his undergraduate degree at Tulane University and went on to receive his MBA from Loyola University.

He worked as a commercial real estate developer and volunteered with various charities, most notably serving for many years on the Board of Directors of Northshore Families Helping Families in Covington, Louisiana.

A private burial was held in Metairie Cemetery on Friday, December 14, 2018.
