Rosalie Romano Restivo passed away on Monday, September 8, 2014, age 86 years. Beloved wife of the late Vincent Restivo, Jr. Mother of Gina Restivo Wright (Tom) and Lisa DeSalvo. Grandmother of Lindsey Lawson, Vinnie DeSalvo, and Olivia DeSalvo. Daughter of the late Anthony and Frances Marino Romano. One of the Founding Members of Green Briar Garden Club, Member of Country Club Home Gardeners and The Red Hats. Rosalie and her late husband Vincent were proprietors of “Restivo’s Clothing Store “ on Canal Street from 1969-1989. She was greatly loved and will be sadly missed. Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend the Funeral Mass at LAKE LAWN METAIRIE FUNERAL HOME, 5100 Pontchartrain Blvd. in New Orleans, on Friday, September 12, 2014 at 11:00 AM. Interment will follow in All Saints Mausoleum. A visitation will be held at the funeral home beginning at 9:30 AM.
