Rosemary was born July 25, 1927 in New Orleans, Louisiana to James H. Rummel and Rosalie Rosselli Rummel.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her loving husband of 44 years Marcus E. Waltzer; and her brother, James H. Rummel, Jr.
Rosemary leaves behind to cherish her memories, her daughters, Diane Champagne and husband Gerald; and Kathleen Pigeon and husband Bryan; her grandchildren Randall Champagne and wife Devin; Douglas Champagne; Matthew Organ and wife, Jessica; and Dominique Pigeon; her great-grandchildren; as well as numerous other loving family and friends.
Rosemary had a deep love for her family and that will always be felt, especially when we are together. She had a spirit of generosity. Rosemary was loyal and kind to everyone she met.
