Shirley Cunningham Foster passed away on Tuesday, August 25, 2015. She was 87 years old. She was the wife of the late H. Frank Foster III, and daughter of the late Bertha B. and Lawrence J. Cunningham. She is survived by three children, Donna F. Wright (John) of Lafayette, Louisiana, Wendy F. Coulton (Warren) of Metairie, Louisiana, and Lawrence Foster “Scooter” of Lafayette, and a brother, Donald L. Cunningham (Martha Ann) of Baton Rouge, Louisiana. She is also survived by seven beloved grandchildren, Stephen (Cari) and Kevin (Amanda) Thomas, Bryan, Brandon, Lauren, and Marie Gambina, and Andrew “Drew” Foster; and three great grandchildren, Carson, Kallie, and Sawyer Thomas.
Private services and burial were held at Lake Lawn Metairie Funeral Home and Cemeteries on Saturday, September 5, 2015.
