Taylor Patrick Guste

Taylor Patrick Guste of New Orleans, entered into eternal life on Nov. 3, 2014. He was 61. Beloved son of Beverly Taylor Guste and the the late Roy Francis Guste Sr. He was the brother of the late Susan Ann Guste, Roy Francis Guste Jr. Colette Maria Guste, the late Robert Peter Guste, Beatrice Guste Bruno and Michael Jules Guste (married to Julie Stumpf). He was a graduate of St. Paul’s Academy in Covington, loving uncle to Stephen Paul Bruno Jr., Roy Guste Bruno, Palmer Matthew Bruno, Christian Taylor Bruno, Margaret Taylor Guste and Michael Guste Jr. (grandson of Beatrice and Earl Taylor and Marie Louise Alciatore Guste and William Guste Sr.). We all loved Taylor for his knowledge of hunting and fishing, his sharp wit, endless kindness, courage and big heart! He embellished the beauty of the outdoors with an abundance of enthusiasm. Relatives and friends are invited to attend the Memorial Mass at Lake Lawn Metairie Funeral Home, 5100 Pontchartrain Blvd., New Orleans, LA 70124 on Wednesday, November 12, 2014. Visitation will begin at 10 a.m. followed by Mass at 11:00 a.m. celebrated by Father Randy Roux. In lieu of flowers, donations should be made to the facility of your choice that helps in the rehabilitation and recovery of people suffering from the disease of alcoholism.
