Wayne Joseph Holley, a native of Mobile, AL, and long-time resident of New Orleans, died on September 17, 2015, after a long illness. He was 66. Mr. Holley graduated from Fortier High School in 1967. In the 1970s, Mr. Holley was a New Orleans Fire Alarm Dispatcher. From 1995 until his retirement in 2014, he was employed as a sales representative for Prytania Mail Service. He is preceded in death by his father, Arnold Joseph Holley. He is survived by his wife of 23 years, Vicki Salloum Holley; two sons, Troy Bertrand Holley (Laurie) and Todd Joseph Holley (Janeen); three granddaughters, Daphne Holley, Lucy Holley, and Erin Elizabeth Holley; his mother, Dorothy Mae Guirovich O'Dwyer, of San Diego, California; a sister, Linda Dotson, of San Diego, California; and numerous friends and family members whom he loved very much. The family will receive friends on Tuesday, September 22, 2015 from 10:00 a.m. until 11:00 a.m. at Lake Lawn Metairie Funeral Home, 5100 Pontchartrain Boulevard in New Orleans.
