Earl W. Banks Jr., age 75, of New Port Richey, Florida passed away on Friday, April 10, 2020. Earl was born March 14, 1945 in Millville, New Jersey to Earl William Banks and Carol Estelle (Wheat) Banks.
Earl enjoyed singing in his younger years and as an adult, enjoyed hunting. He was an active member of the NRA and hunted pheasants and quail with the assistance of his hunting dog, Gretchen. Earl also enjoyed fishing and shooting pool.
He is survived by his wife of 35 years, Lynn Banks; children, Melinda Banks of Philadelphia, PA, Pamela (Tomas) Candelaria of Aurora, CO, William Banks of Thornton, CO; step children, Heather Lynn (Dan) Dubiel, W. David Langham II, Kimberly Dawn (Thomas) Lee; brother, Gregory (Dianne) Banks; sister, Donna C. (Rob) Dailey; and many grandchildren and great grandchildren. Earl was preceded in death by his parents and brother, Douglas Banks.
The family will be holding private services at Meadowlawn Funeral Home in New Port Richey, FL and burial will take place at Meadowlawn Memorial Gardens. A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date in New Jersey.
