He was born in New Jersey on September 26th, 1936.
He is preceded in death by his wife Theresa G. Harris.
He is survived by his children Ronald Harris (Marci), Robert Harris (Jacqueline), Randy Harris (Liz), his step-children, Frederick Tully Jr, Maribeth Smarkusky (Jim) and Martha Daprile (David), his grandchildren Logan Harris, Michael Harris (Molly), and Rikki Harris and step-grandchildren Michael Tully, Lauretta Tully and Maegan Smarkusky.
A visitation for Harry will be held Monday, October 30, 2023 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at Meadowlawn Funeral Home and Memorial Gardens, 4244 Madison Street, New Port Richey, FL 34652.

A graveside service will occur Monday, October 30, 2023 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM, 4244 Madison Street, New Port Richey, FL 34652.
