Norberto Ortiz ,61, of Port Richey, Fl passed away on Feb. 6th. He was born in Puerto Rico and moved to the Port Richey area in 1986 coming from Long Island, New York. He was a member of the First Baptist Church of New Port Richey. Survivors include his wife, Orfa Ortiz, sons, Danny Ortiz and Norby Ortiz, daughters, Martha Stephens and Madelyn White. 7 brothers, 4 sisters, 9 grandchildren.
