Robert H. Peltoma

Bob was born on December 24, 1938 in Painesville, Ohio. The only child of Hilmer and Irene (Horvath) Peltoma. The family resided in Ohio where Bob attended elementary - High School. Bob attended the University of Ohio and then served in the US Army as a member of the US Army Band. Bob met the love of his life Barbara Petit while in elementary school, they later married on May 15, 1965 when they began a life of love and family that would take them from Ohio to Texas and then to Florida.

Bob worked in the insurance industry until selling his insurance company in 1998.

Bob was a loving husband, father, grandfather. He enjoyed watching his grandkids play sports, listening to news radio and watching old westerns, especially the ones with John Wayne.

He is survived by his children , Rob (Staci) Peltoma, of Franklin, MA, Kevin (Leigh Ann) Peltoma of Rochester, MN and Jennifer (Chris) Flaherty of Weeki Wachee; his grandchildren Ashley, Brendan, Amanda(Rob), CJ, Mariann (Jennifer) and Robby (Kevin).

He is proceeded in death by his parents Hilmer and Irene Peltoma and his loving wife, Barbara Peltoma.

The family has a Celebration of Life scheduled on November 5, 2021 at Florida National Cemetery in Bushnell, FL at 10am.
