

JANOWSKI, Ronald, 70 of New Port Richey, FL passed away December 28, 2016. Ronald was born in Elmira, NY to John and Loretta Janowski. He moved to New Port Richey and attended Gulf High School with the class of 1964 until he was drafted and served as a dog handler in the Army until 1969. Ronald spent many years with the United States Postal Services as a letter carrier, servicing Tarpon Springs and Holiday and retired in 2000. Ronald and his longtime companion and wife Betty-Anne, enjoyed traveling in their time together and of special mention are trips to Las Vegas, a cruise to Alaska and a white-water rafting adventure in North Carolina. Ron loved Mountain Dew, old cars, NASCAR races, a good game of cards or pool with friends ,time with his brothers and sister, and laughing with his grand children.
He is survived by his wife Betty-Anne, Brothers; Gary “Tyke”(Debbie) of Spring Hill, FL, Douglas(Cathy) of Spring Hill, TN and David of Largo, FL, Sister; Sharon Keough of New Port Richey, FL, Step daughters; Laurie (Robert) Diestler of Inverness, FL, Tracy (Ron) Fielding of Seminole, FL. Grandchildren; Bobby, Tommy, Brittany, Shelby, Michael and Jeremy. 4 great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
