

Stephen was born in Port-of-Spain, Trinidad and Tobago on October 15, 1952. At the age 17, he moved to United States of America with his mother Sylvia Berardelli. Shortly after he enlisted in United States Navy where he served on the U.S.S Oriskany and several other ships as an Air Craft Mechanic during the Vietnam War. Afterwards, he served a short stint in the Army. In 1985, he married Carol Anne in New York. Carol gave birth to two boys before the young family moved to Florida. There, Steve served in the Airforce Reserves as a paramedic. In 1993, the couple welcomed their third child, a daughter, into the world. In 1996, Steve became a nurse and worked for various Bay Area hospitals. After his retirement in 2012, he spent his time reading/watching the interesting news stories, watching professional sports and horses, and spending time with his children.
Survivors include his sons Stephen Voisin of Port Richey, FL and Jamie Voisin of Atlanta, GA. His daughter Tiffany Voisin of Port Richey, FL. Three brothers Philip Mc David of Port-of-Spain, Trinidad and Tobago; Colin Mc David of Laurinburg, NC; Trevor Rouse of Philadelphia and sister Natalie Manzano of Brooklyn, NY.
