Barbara A. Beckman

Barbara Ann Beckman, 81, of Newburgh passed away on Saturday, October 9, 2021 in Chesapeake, VA. She was born June 26, 1940 in Evansville to the late Harold and Elva (Welton) Salyer. She was a member of Newburgh United Methodist Church. She had been a school bus driver and instructor for many years. Barbara was preceded in death by her husband, James Beckman, and son, Travis Beckman. She is survived by her daughter, Robin Klaszky (Robert) of Chesapeake, VA, and grandchildren, Matthew and Noah. A Funeral Service will be at 2:00 p.m., Saturday, October 16, 2021 at Alexander Newburgh Chapel, 5333 State Road 261, officiated by Pastor Craig Duke, with burial in Pleasant Ridge Cemetery, Petersburg Indiana.
