Carolyn Jeanette Hines, 77, of Evansville, IN, passed away Monday, December 21, 2015, at Golden Living Center – Woodlands in Newburgh. She was born September 25, 1938, in Warrick County to the late Roy and Eva Camp.
She was a member of Crossroads Christian Church. Carolyn was a most dedicated wife, mother and grandmother.
She was preceded in death by her parents; two brothers; and a sister.
Carolyn is survived by her husband of 61 years, Jesse E. Hines; daughters, Rhonda L. Lipking of Mahomet, IL, Jeanettea L. Hines of Bargersville, IN; sons, Terry E. Hines of Mobile, Al, James E. Hines of Richardson, TX, Jeffery E. Hines of Maiden, NC; 9 grandchildren; 9 great-grandchildren; and sister, Bonnie Ash of Chrisney, IN.
Funeral services will be held at 10:00 AM, Thursday, December 24, 2015, at Alexander Newburgh Chapel officiated by Rev. Todd Bussey with burial at Rose Hill Cemetery. Friends may visit 6-8 PM on Wednesday at the funeral home.
