Elsie was preceded in death by her husband, Thomas Vernon Todd; and brother, Ray Walker.
She is survived by her sister, Catherine Watkins; daughters, Joyce Arnold, Donna Todd, and Lori Todd; grandchildren, Brad and John Wilson, Ayme Rowland, Tara Carrero, Erica Reis, Brent Chase, and Nicole Todd; and nine great grandchildren.
Services will be 1:00 PM Tuesday, July 12, 2011, at Alexander Newburgh Chapel, with burial in Folsomville Cemetery. Friends may visit Tuesday from 11:00 AM until service time at the chapel.
