He loved to garden, travel and most importantly, spending time with family. Fred was an active member at Townsend Bible Church. He was owner of Seibert Auto Parts and retired from the Warrick County School Corporation. He was an avid Cubs fan.
Fred was preceded in death by his parents; brother, Bill; and sisters, Virginia and Carolyn.
He is survived by his wife of 66 years, Carlene; daughters, Linda Tanner (Rick), Jocelyn Riggan (Doyle); son, David Seibert (Kerri); grandchildren, Kris, Drew, Erin, Meghan; and great-grandchildren, Haydn, Hadly, Henry, Hildy, Bryer, Bryce, Noah and Levi.
Funeral Services will be held at 10:00 AM, Friday, September 11, 2015, at Alexander Newburgh Chapel officiated by Rev. Mike Ward with burial in Rose Hill Cemetery. Friends may visit Thursday, 4-7 PM, and Friday, 9:00 AM until service time at the funeral home.
