She was a medical records specialist at Deaconess Hospital. JaLoy was a member of Bloomfield Wesley Chapel, Martha Rebekah Lodge #90 and the Tri-State Hallmark Collectors Club. She loved sports, especially IU basketball and St. Louis Cardinals baseball, was an avid bowler and enjoyed music and crafts.
JaLoy is survived by her husband of 31 years, Stephen Stogner; stepson, Jason Stogner (Patty) of Evansville; grandson, Harley Stogner; brother, Burke Sibrel (Esther) of Grandview; niece, Dorothy Sibrel, and nephew, Nick Sibrel.
A Funeral Service will be 12:00 p.m., Thursday, March 27, 2025 at Alexander Memorial Park, Chapel of Remembrance, 2200 Mesker Park Drive, with entombment to follow. Family and friends may visit Thursday from 10:00 a.m. until service time at the cemetery chapel.
