She worked at CVS and attended Newburgh Senior Center, having served on the board.
Joyce was preceded in death by her husband, James.
She is survived by son, Michael Alexander of Boonville; daughter, Debra Dann of Jacksonville, FL; brother, James Welty of Scott City, MO; 9 grandchildren; and 8 great-grandchildren.
Memorial Services will be held 2:00 p.m., Saturday, December 7, 2019 at Alexander Newburgh Chapel officiated by Rev. Fritz Kaufman with burial in Rose Hill Cemetery. Friends may visit 1:00 p.m. until service time on Saturday at the funeral home.
