She grew up in Sebree, KY and studied nursing while in school. Linda worked as secretary for State Farm Insurance for many years. She devoted her time to her children and grandchildren. Linda had a love for gardening and played duplicate bridge with the local bridge club. She cherished and spoiled her beloved dog, Doty.
She is survived by her daughter, Mimi Reed (John); son, Byron Denton (Amanda), and grandchildren, Cacee Reed, Nick Reed, and Allyson Denton
The family would like to thank Newburgh Health Care and Heart to Heart Hospice for the care and compassion they showed our mom in her final days.
A Funeral Service will be 12:00 p.m., Thursday, July 21, 2022 at Alexander Newburgh Chapel, 5333 State Road 261, with burial in Springdale Cemetery, Sebree, KY. Family and friends may visit Thursday from 10:00 a.m. until service time at the funeral home.
