

He retired from Alcoa in May of 2010, after 42 years of dedicated service. He enjoyed his 414 days of retirement. His hobbies included camping, fishing, western books and movies, collecting autographed baseballs, making small donations to area casinos, and all the simple pleasures in life, especially the time spent with his wife at their vacation home in Grand Rivers, KY, where he was proud to receive the title of Honorary Mayor of Crockett Frontier.
Marc was preceded in death by his father, Harold Warner; and mother-in-law, Mary Ruth Bingemer.
He is survived by his beloved wife and childhood sweetheart of 44 years, Barbara Warner; three children, Kristi Koressel (Kerry), Jeff Warner, and Melissa Nicholson (David); 5 grandchildren, Jake Koressel, Malrey Harn, Nicholas Gerber, Maya Warner, and Alexis Gerber; mother, June Warner; father-in-law, Otis Bingemer; and sister-in-law, Cheryl Bingemer. Marc was a loving husband, father, and great friend, and he will be missed by all.
Memorial service will be 7:00 pm, Wednesday, June 22, 2011, at Alexander Newburgh Chapel, officiated by Chip Tullar. Friends may visit 3:00 pm to service time at the funeral home.
