Madelyn was an original member of St. Paul’s Methodist Church in Rosewood Heights, IL. She retired from First National Bank in Alton, IL. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother.
Madelyn was preceded in death by her husband of 68 years, Audie Bivens.
She is survived by son, Jim Bivens and wife, Linda; son, Dale Bivens and wife, Kathy; grandchildren, Beth Bivens, Ann Bivens and husband, Jason Endicodt, Tom Bivens and wife, Susan, Jessie Bivens-Decort and husband, Ed, Steve Bivens, Justin Bivens; great-granddaughters, Adelaide Decort, Nedalia Bivens; and great-grandson, Drew Decort.
A private service will be held at a later date.
