Mary Ann Conner, 89, of Newburgh, passed away Wednesday, January 26, 2011, at Cypress Grove Nursing Home. She was born July 23, 1921, in Gregory, SD. She was the daughter of the late Daniel Joseph and Helen Frances Janousek Flynn.
Her marriage to Harold V. Conner was April 19, 1958 in Crawfordsville, IN. He died September 21, 1991. They moved to the Lafayette area in 1966 from Waynetown.
She was a teacher, and an avid reader, internet intercessory warrior for the Benny Hinn Ministries, as well as Intercessors for American Worthy Ministries, (in Israel), and the Greater Lafayette Intercessors for Our City.
Mary Ann was preceded in death by her husband, Harold in 1991; and her son-in-law, Bob Norrick in 1997.
Surviving are a son, Michael V. Conner (wife, Karen) of Evansville, IN; and a daughter Susanne Norrick (husband, Bob, deceased) of Newburgh, IN; sisters, Margaret Bell and Ruth Williams, both of Rockford, IL.
There will be private family services, with no visitation at Alexander Newburgh Chapel, 5333 State Road 261, Newburgh, IN.
