Mary Jo Edwards

Over the years, Mary Jo worked for Kentucky Power Company, Motorola in Chicago and Laidlaw Brothers in River Forest, IL, though her favorite job was taking care of her family. She was a member of St. Mark’s United Methodist Church in Carmel, IN, where she lived for 39 years before recently moving to Newburgh, IN. Mary Jo especially enjoyed being with her grandchildren and friends.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Bill in 2011; brothers, George and Robert Gregory, Jr.

Mary Jo is survived by daughters, Kathy Bunner (Mitch) of Newburgh, Karen Edwards of Noblesville, IN; grandchildren, Alex Bunner, Liz Bunner, Kyle Ellis, Jacob Ellis, Haley Ellis; sister, Jane Harris of San Diego, CA; niece, Becky Delson (Scott); and nephews, Bill and Greg Harris all of San Diego, CA.

Memorial Services will be held 11:00 AM, Thursday, November 2, 2017, at St. Mark’s United Methodist Church, 4780 E. 126th Street, Carmel, IN, officiated by Dr. Brian K. White. Friends may visit 10:00 AM until service time on Thursday at the church.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to American Liver Foundation or American Heart Association.
