Stephen Thomas Cirillo, 69, of Henderson, NV, passed away suddenly on November 28, 2015. He was born January 12, 1946, in Los Angeles, CA, to Andrew and Imogene Trotter Cirillo Holiday who preceded him in death.
Steve graduated from Leuzinger High School, Lawndale in 1963 and attended the University of Southern California from Fall 1963 – Spring 1970. After receiving his Master’s Degree in Architecture, Steve traveled the world and designed buildings throughout the USA, Europe and Asia.
Steve is survived by his sister, Linda Cirillo of Newburgh, IN; his companion, Susan Halpern; and her daughter, Julie Zhan of Culver City, CA; his former wife, Annelie Voth Cirillo of Munich, Germany; a maternal aunt, Zoe Trotter Guthmiller (Alvin) of San Bernardino, CA; and several cousins who are living in NV, CA, OR, and NY.
A Memorial Service will be held on August 22nd at 1 p.m. at Holy Cross Mortuary Chapel, Culver City, CA. He will be buried at sea on August, 23rd.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to GOFUNDME.COM/SC2015. A USC LA Beach Cities Alumni Scholarship (for a student attending USC in fall 2017) has been established in memory of Steve.
