Adaline Jacob Janiszewski

Addy is a precious little angel who is survived by her Mommy, Erin; big brother, Leo and big sister Evelyn; maternal grandmother, Lore Kapelinski and fraternal grandmother, Mary Kay Janiszewski; aunts Colleen Kapelinski (Erik Pettavino), Sara Janiszewski (fiancé Michael Lesh) and Christine (Michael) Burns; cousin to Alice and Rory Burns. Addy’s memory will be cherished by her great aunts, great uncles and many other relatives. Addy was met in heaven by her maternal grandfather, Jacob Kapelinski and paternal grandfather, David Janiszewski. Addy gave us a lifetime of love for her short time on earth.
