Agnes A. Giermak (nee Radtke), age 102, of Evergreen Park, Illinois passed away on Sunday, July 31, 2022. Agnes was born March 30, 1920. Daughter of the late Paul and the late Mary Radtke; Beloved wife of the late Edwin A. Giermak Sr.; Devoted mother of the late Mary Frances Giermak, Margaret Giermak, Edwin A. (Mary B.) Giermak Jr., Paula (James) Habschmidt and the late Gerald F. (Janine Malak) Giermak; Proud grandmother of Amy (Nicholas) Cholis, Brian (Melissa) Giermak, Allison (Michael) Sullivan, Caitlyn (Nicholas) Rojas, Matthew (Courtney) Giermak, Anthony Habschmidt, Nicholas (Bassma) Habschmidt, Mary Grace (Matthew) Englert, Michael (Kathleen) Habschmidt, Anne Habschmidt (Fiancé Joseph Tidei); dedicated great-grandmother of 14 beautiful children; Loving sister of Loretta (the late Frank) Ivers, the late Paul(the late Ruth) Radtke, the late Sr. Mary Frances Radtke, O.P., the late Edmund (the late Evelyn) Radtke, and the late Margaret Radtke; Loving sister-in-law of the late Bernard (the late Catherine) Giermak, the late Chester (the late Dorothy) Giermak, the late Frank Giermak, the late Walter Giermak; Fond aunt to many nieces and nephews. Agnes was a graduate of the Little Company of Mary School of Nursing, class of 1941. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held for Agnes on Thursday August 4, 2022 at Queen of Martyrs Catholic Church beginning at 10:30am. Interment private at this time.
