Angelique Anastasopoulos

Angelique shared 58 years of marriage with her beloved husband, Elias. She was a loving and devoted mother to Angie and Denny, and a cherished grandmother to Chris, Abby, and Louie, who brought her immeasurable joy and pride.

Angelique was preceded in death by her dear parents, Athanasios and Konstantina Kambylis, as well as her siblings Georgia, John, and Peter.

Angelique was a loving sister to Toula, Magdalene, Kalipso, and a treasured aunt to many nieces and nephews here and in Greece.

Angelique will be remembered above all for the boundless love she gave so freely to her family. Her greatest joy was being a grandmother, and her warmth, kindness, and nurturing spirit touched all who knew her. As those closest to her often said, “When she loved, she loved deeply.”

May her memory be eternal.

A visitation will take place on Thursday, May 7, 2026, at St. Nicholas Greek Orthodox Church, 10301 Kolmar Ave, Oak Lawn, IL 60453, from 9:30 a.m. until the time of the funeral service at 11:00 a.m. Interment will follow at Bethania Cemetery, 7701 Archer Ave, Justice, IL 60458.
