Baltazar Perez Jr.

Baltazar Perez, Jr., age 32, of Chicago, IL, passed away on Thursday, June 22, 2023 surrounded by his loving family. He is survived by his longtime significant other, Eugenia Gutierrez; adored children: Maximiliano Perez, Melissa Perez, Mia Perez and Mikael Perez; dedicated father, Baltazar (Marielena Loeza) Perez, Sr.; cherished siblings: Adriana (Isidoro) Navarro and Armando (Elizabeth Ronces) Perez; dear grandmothers, Lore Mascote-Perez and Ofelia Nunez; and beloved nieces and nephews: Julian and Emily Navarro. Balta is also survived by many loving aunts, uncles, cousins and dear friends.

Preceded in death by his mother, Maria Lourdes Nunez and sister, Merary Nunez.

Junior is a graduate of Bogan High School class of 2009 and worked for KS Energy Services. He loved dancing, sports, running 5Ks, attending concerts, but most of all, spending time with his beloved family. Baltazar had a big heart and would help anyone in need. His final act of kindness was being an organ donor and saving the lives of 3 people. He will be truly missed by all who knew and loved him.

Friends and family will gather for a visitation for Baltazar that will take place on Sunday, July 2nd, 2023, from 3:00pm until 8:00pm at Blake-Lamb Funeral Home 4727 West 103rd Street, Oak Lawn, Illinois 60453. Chapel prayers will be held at the funeral home beginning at 9:30am followed by a Mass of Christian burial on Monday, July 3rd, 2023 at 11:00am at Queen of the Universe Catholic Church 7114 South Hamlin Avenue, Interment St. Casimir Cemetery.
