Bernadine J. Lelko, age 77, passed away suddenly on January 6, 2024. Loving daughter of the late John “Gene” and Estelle Lelko; Beloved sister of John (Terry) Lelko and the late Robert Lelko; Cherished aunt of Jack and Kevin Lelko; Best friend of Scottie; Dear cousin to many.
Friends and family will gather for a visitation for Bernie that will be held from 3 - 8 PM on Friday, January 12th, at Blake-Lamb Funeral Home, 4727 West 103rd Street, Oak Lawn, Illinois. Funeral to begin at 10:15 AM on Saturday, January 13th, at Blake-Lamb Funeral Home, proceeding to St. Linus Church, 10300 Lawler Avenue, Oak Lawn, Illinois for an 11 AM Mass of Christian Burial. Entombment to follow at Resurrection Cemetery.
