Good bye again Chuck, I will forever miss you.

Barb, I still dont't know how to put into words how much Chip meant to me. I miss him so much, he was my best friend at work. I would just yell Chip and there he would be. I always teased him and called him my husband at work, because what ever I needed he was there with a helping hand and a smile. His friends at work talk about him all the time. I heard it said more than once "what would Chip Do". A special person in my life is gone physically but he is never far from my thoughts. I await the time when it is my turn to return to the Father knowing I will also see so many wonderful people that have taken a piece of my heart with them. That is when the broken chain that leads to my heart will be healed. God Bless you and your sons.

It was an honor to have a Brother-in-Law like Chip.Wish I could have spent more time with him!I will miss him.

He was the best brother n law in the world.He was a very caring person and always willing to help anyone. Very smart and always funny. He was so easy going all the time. My sister was one lucky girl. I will miss him very much.

I was honored to have known and worked along side of Chip during my 24 years at Usco then Kuehne+Nagel. He was always happy and had that "gift" of humor and an infectious laugh that came from deep within. We shared a love of racing - both Indy and Nascar, and we liked the same kind of music.  Chip will be missed and there will never be anyone who can fill his shoes.  May God Bless your family during this time of grief.......

So sad to hear that such a good guy is no longer with us.   We had some great times at St. Bernadette and he was a part of those great memories.   My condolences to the family.

Very sorry to hear the sad news about Chip.  I have great memories of growing up with Chip and John and the forts in the tree in Regan's backyard.  It was great to see him last year at the SBS 40th reunion.  my thoughts and prayers are with you and Chip.

Was very sorry to hear about Chip.  I too am from St. Bernadette and EPCHS.  My thoughts and prayers are with Chip's wife and family and all who were close to him.

I've had a lot of fun memories working with Chip at USCO from 1988 till 2001. I will keep you and your family in my prays.

Barb,Charlie and Matt, our thoughts are with you at this difficult time. We couldn't of hand picked a better neighbor than "Chip". We have so many memories, too many to list them all.  Sitting in the garage watching the lightning during a rain storm, washing the car, walking the dog, and coming outside just shaking your head when Barb and I were gossipping, and the many bags of golf balls.  We will never forget you "Chip". When we are golfing ready to tee off, we will always think "this one's for you Chip Regan."   May you rest in peace.

Chip, you were the strength of our line, and you were a true Warrior as a friend throughout the years at St. Bernadette and EPHS. I was blessed to have spent time with you in LA and our last reunion together. You will be missed by all of us in the classes of '70 and '74.

Barb and family, my thoughts are with you.  I do still remember the nuns tone when calling "Charles" or "Mr. Regan".  Usually a result of his great sense of humor/mischief, which continued through EPCHS and I imagine through life.

So sorry to hear about the passing of Chip. I have many fond memories of working with Chip at USCO. Keeping you all in our thoughts and prayers.

I grew up across the street from Chip and have known him all my life. He was my left tackle when we played football and I was the Quarterback.  He always had my back.  Chip was unquestionably the MVP of the 69 Turkey Bowl too. I'm so glad I saw him again at the SBS reunion.

I have such fond memories of Chip as a little boy, and a young man.  We attended St. Bernadette and EPCHS together.  He was always fun and cheerful; and oh, what a great smile!  I was so happy to see him at our SBS 40th Reunion last year; it took a moment, but his smile told me who he was.  My sincere condolences on your loss.  He left us much too soon.
