

Domingo spent much of his early life as a migrant farm worker in the west coast and midwest of the United States. But most of his adult life, he was a steel worker in the southwest side of Chicago. He loved his family and he loved sports, especially boxing, baseball and basketball. He was always a fan of the Chicago Cubs and the Bulls. He loved the many dogs he had and he was also an avid gardener and loved growing his vegetables and beautiful flowers for his wife Romelia.
Domingo is survived by his sons Domingo (Jenny) Garcia Jr. and Armando Garcia; daughter-in-law Adriana Garcia; grandchildren Lizette (Luis) Juan, Pilar Gonzalez, Amanda Garcia, Alexandro Griffin, Amarissa Garcia, Armando Garcia, Andrew Garcia, Gabriel Garcia, Samuel Garcia, Luke Garcia, Christian Garcia and Chloe Garcia; great grandchildren Luis, Noel and Luzirene Juan. Domingo was predeceased in death by his wife, Romelia, his parents, his daughter Luz Maria Gonzalez, his sons Miguel Angel Garcia and Manuel de Jesus (Adriana) Garcia, his brothers Jose and Francisco and his sister Rosa.
Funeral services will be held on Thursday October 5th at St Albert the Great Catholic Church in Burbank, Illinois at 9:30am. Burial will follow at Holy Sepulcher Cemetery. The family will greet friends from 4:00pm to 8:00pm on Wednesday, October 4th at Blake Lamb Funeral 4727 W. 103rd Street, Oak Lawn, Illinois.
